MAIN FEATURES

USES AND APPLICATIONS

Ovens for silicone post curing, rubber post vulcanization, silicone hardening, gasket post curing.
The post curing treatment, or post vulcanization, is a heat treatment carried out after molding, with the aim of completing the vulcanization process, improving the technical/mechanical properties of the gaskets and eliminating slag or waste substances from previous processes. This treatment is carried out on gaskets, o-rings, metal rubber products, sleeves, rubber pipes, etc.

Treatment of plastic material stress relieving, ovens for preheating slabs, etc., plastic thermoforming. Heat treatments carried out in order to improve their mechanical characteristics, eliminating internal tensions, or to make the products suitable for subsequent processing.

Ovens for stress relieving heat treatment, stress relieving after welding; stress relieving of aluminum etc. Stress relieving is carried out on metal products with the aim of minimizing residual stresses in the structure, minimizing the risk of dimensional variations during subsequent processing or in the final use of the product.

This is a very widespread technique for assembly or disassembly operations of mechanical components and transmission parts, which consists in the use of thermal expansion generated by heat to overcome the dimensional interference of two components and create an extremely robust mechanical coupling, thanks to the subsequent cooling that brings the parts back to their initial dimensions.

Treatment that serves to reduce the hydrogen embrittlement accumulated during the galvanizing process.

This range includes ovens for preheating the moulds, which are heated before being mounted on the press, in order to reduce production times.

Tempering is a heat treatment generally performed after quenching, with the aim of obtaining the desired hardness/toughness ratio. These ovens are suitable for treatments for temperature ranges from 150°C to 280°C. Depending on the materials, stress relieving of copper components, for example, is carried out at 150-275 °C.

Ovens widely used for the polymerization of dielectric insulating paints on electric windings, on electric motors and transformers, in case of construction or repair.
