The software of the Explorer range allow a 360 ° monitoring in real time of the treatments in the oven. They range from the creation and customization of thermal cycles with matching to specific items, use of tools with barcode technology, production of reports with data and graphs relating to the treatments carried out. It is possible to monitor the energy consumption of the ovens, and with a view to predictive maintenance, plan periodic maintenance interventions with Sermac staff, based on the hours of actual use of the individual oven.
Continuously updated and implemented with the latest technologies. They range from systems for controlling a single oven to the possibility of monitoring up to 12 ovens via PCs inserted in the company network.
