ROTATING electric ovens, designed and manufactured specifically to perform the best “POST-CURING” cycles of elastomers (rubber, Viton and silicone). The thermal cycles performed by these ovens ensure the best homogeneity, flatness, and straightness of the treated items.
Ovens equipped with a rotating basket are particularly recommended where it is necessary to ensure good flatness, especially for gaskets or rounded products. The particular automatic door opening and oven rotation system allows maximum ergonomics for high production volumes

The post curing treatment, or post vulcanization, is a heat treatment carried out after molding, with the aim of completing the vulcanization process, improving the technical/mechanical properties of the gaskets and eliminating slag or waste substances from previous processes.
